    Faisant suite à « Parcours 1942-1959 » (1996) et « Parcours 1960-1976 » (1998), le troisième et dernier volume constituant le catalogue raisonné de l’œuvre complet de Jacques Doucet, « Parcours 1977-1994 », a été établi par Andrée Doucet et publié par les éditions Galilée (1996), comme les deux précédents volumes. Comme pour le tome I, la préface est ici de Michel Ragon. Avec une qualité égale que ceux proposés dans les tomes I et II, un texte de très grand intéret d’Andrée Doucet, agrémenté de nombreux documents et souvenirs, accompagne et est indissociable du catalogue raisonné proprement dit. L’œuvre graphique de Jacques Doucet fait partie intégrante de l’ensemble de l’étude. On notera, en ce domaine, que l’artiste va s’exprimer dans les trois techniques employées auparavant : lithographie (chez Michel Cassé et chez Jean Pons encore), gravure et sérigraphie. De même, Doucet continuera épisodiquement à participer à des ouvrages illustrés, notamment pour « Hommage à Imre Pan, poète, penseur, écrivain d’art et éditeur » édité en 1978. Souvent inspiré par des encres ou des gouaches-collages, l’artiste travaille souvent par séries. Plusieurs estampes ou ensemble d’estampes, seront publiés à l’étranger où l’artiste connaît un beau succès (Danemark, Hollande, Italie).
